Out door activities
Walking
Tulloch is a mecca for hill walkers of all abilities. The Munros and Corbetts are on its doorstep for those of a vigorous disposition. More gentle walks can be had around the nearby lochs and through the glens.
Tulloch is close to all the great Highland landmarks including Ben Nevis, Glen Nevis, Glen Coe, The Great Glen, Loch Ness, the Cairngorms and Glen Roy Nature Reserve.
Moutain bikes and trails
Bikes can be hired at Base Camp Mountain Bikes at Laggan, which is about 20-30 minutes drive east of Tulloch. Base Camp includes a range of moutain bike trails to suit all abilities.
Skiing
Mountain biking, archery, clay pigeon shooting, quad biking, paintballing, canoeing and kayaking are all available at Highland Activities, also at Laggan.
Mountaineering and rock climbing, deer stalking, fishing and horse riding can be enjoyed nearby.
The Highland Wildlife Park at Kingussie gives you a chance to spot wolves, wild boar, bison, red deer, pine martens and more.
The annual Lochaber Marathon is on 18 April 2010. Contact Lochaber Athletic Club for entry forms and more information.
